Product description
This 16 kW Siemens line filter (3-phase choke) comes from an IMA machining center of the 410 / 610 series and is typically used in HOMAG / IMA CNC machines. It smooths current peaks and reduces electromagnetic interference on the supply side of frequency inverters and servo drives.
The heavy construction with several coil assemblies and solid copper windings ensures stable, long-lasting performance in continuous industrial operation. The rugged housing with protective grille provides good cooling, and direct screw terminals and an integrated PE terminal give a secure connection. On older IMA machines this part is a central element of the drive system.
Terminal assignment: 1U1 / 1U2 = phase U in / out, 1V1 / 1V2 = phase V in / out, 1W1 / 1W2 = phase W in / out, PE = protective earth. Supply goes to U1, V1, W1; the output to the machine is on U2, V2, W2. PE must always be connected for safe operation.
Used, tested and working, with normal signs of use; technically in perfect order.
