Product description

The Siemens line filter 6SN1111-0AA01-2BA0 is a high-performance EMC line filter for industrial CNC machines and frequency inverters. This unit comes from a HOMAG BAZ / BOF machining center and is designed for SIMODRIVE drive systems.

Line filters of this type reliably reduce electromagnetic interference and line feedback and keep the control and drive components running stably. On CNC machines with frequency inverters, a working line filter is essential for process reliability and machine availability.

The rugged metal housing with large ventilation openings protects the filter components and dissipates heat. Heavy screw terminals provide a secure electrical connection, and a protective earth terminal is integrated.

Wiring diagram: the diagram printed on the housing shows a classic three-phase filter. The line side is marked L1, L2 and L3; the phases pass through the internal filter stages (chokes and capacitors) to the load side. The PE terminal is connected directly to the housing and discharges interference currents. The “high leakage current” marking means proper grounding is mandatory.
