Product description

The Siemens C-Module 4AY4100-1HA (item no. 4008260283) is a capacitor module with a total capacitance of 40,000 µF at 50 V. It consists of four parallel-connected Nippon Chemi-Con SMH electrolytic capacitors (10,000 µF / 50 V, 85 °C each).

The module acts as an energy buffer and smooths DC voltages in industrial controls, drives and power supplies. It stabilizes the supply voltage, reduces voltage fluctuations and supports systems with high inrush current demand. Mounted on a DIN-rail carrier with plus/minus screw terminals, it is quick to integrate into the control cabinet.
