Short description:

Mechanical clamping system for CNC processing machines with console table (2-circuit system), suitable for machines from IMA or Homag with a console width of about 115 mm. Specially developed for narrow workpieces such as frame parts and window profiles.

How it works:

• The clamp is fixed to the console by the first vacuum circuit and optionally additionally secured pneumatically.
• The clamping height adjusts pneumatically to the workpiece using the second vacuum circuit.
• The workpiece is securely clamped to the machine table by activating the second vacuum circuit.

Product highlights:

• Rectangular clamping plate with tool-free quick adjustment enables short set-up times.
• Fixing via vacuum clamp secures the tensioner on the console.
• No additional medium is necessary as the clamp is activated via the operating vacuum of the CNC machining center.
• Special friction materials on the clamping plate and the clamping surface ensure that the workpiece is held securely even under high machining forces.
