Der Reibbelag ist das Verschleißteil, nicht der Saugerkörper. Ist er hart, glasig oder eingelaufen, hält das Werkstück nicht mehr – auch wenn der Sauger äußerlich in Ordnung aussieht.

RIETSCHLE SMV 160 COVAC
The SMV types, which compress according to the dynamic principle, work with contact-free rotating impellers. The air sucked in is cleaned by a built-in micro-fine filter. The vacuum pump is encapsulated by a sound hood. The vacuum pump is cooled by coupling fans, which suck in the fresh cooling air below the COVAC and blow out the heated air at the cooling air outlet.
The pumps are driven by flanged three-phase standard motors via a coupling.
A vacuum control valve allows the vacuum to be set to the desired, but upper-limited values. A vacuum meter continuously shows the vacuum range in which the system is working
