Product description

An original Pilz PNOZ 1 safety relay, version 24VDC 3S10, ident no. 475695. It reliably monitors emergency stop circuits, safety circuits, safety gates and machine enables in industrial machinery and control cabinets.

The PNOZ series is one of the best-known safety relay families in functional safety and machine guarding. The relay evaluates safety-related inputs on two channels and detects faults such as open circuits, short circuits or contact failures. Force-guided relay contacts ensure safe shutdown of machines and drives in the event of a fault.

A1 and A2 provide the supply; T11, T12, T22, T33, T34, X1 and X2 are control and safety inputs. The safety outputs 13/14, 23/24 and 33/34 typically enable contactors or machine functions, and 41/42 serves as signal/auxiliary contact. The front-printed wiring diagram simplifies installation and service.
