Product description
This is the large digital I/O card in the rack of a NUM 1060 or NUM 1062 control. Through it, the integrated PLC reads the machine signals – limit switches, proximity sensors, pressure switches, push buttons – and sends commands to valves, contactors and indicator lamps. With 64 inputs and 48 outputs it covers 112 channels in a single slot and replaces several smaller I/O cards.
This card carries index F and was built in week 09 of 1999 – the latest production level of this series we have seen. Compared with the early 1997 versions the components are more modern; functionally the versions are interchangeable.
The design is practical for service: the channel stages sit on four plug-in module boards instead of being soldered to the carrier card. Input and output stages are protected by protective circuitry, varistors and fine-wire fuses, and a factory spare fuse is carried on the card. The input terminal chart reads I0700.0–I0707.7, i.e. the card was used in address range 07 in its previous machine; the output assignment follows the standard Q0700.0–Q0705.7. Removed from an IMA BIMA 610 V CNC machining center (IMA Klessmann, Lübbecke).
Condition grade 2 – Good, tested and fully functional: carrier card and modules clean, fully and originally populated, front panel straight, no reworked solder joints, no repairs, no corrosion, backplane connector with straight pins, ejector levers smooth, spare fuse present. The terminal chart label on the left connector is partly present (cosmetic only). The photos show the card exactly as removed from the machine, with one of the four channel modules sitting slightly angled in its slot; it is simply pressed straight during installation. Installation by qualified personnel only, with the system de-energized.
