Tested, used Siemens 1FK6060-6AF71-1TG0 brushless servomotor combined with an Alpha Getriebebau TP 010-MX1-10-050-000 precision planetary gearbox. The combination comes from an industrial automation application and is well suited for high-precision positioning and feed tasks.
The 1FK6 servomotor delivers 4.0 Nm rated torque at 3000 min⁻¹. Together with the 10:1 Alpha planetary gearbox it forms a powerful and very precise servo drive. Features include the integrated electromagnetic holding brake EBD 24 V (0.8 Nm), robust IP64 industrial design and KTY84 temperature monitoring for safe continuous operation. Motor and gearbox form a ready-to-install drive unit.
