Description

The IMA drill aggregate is a versatile drilling unit designed for precision applications in woodworking. With 5 spindles arranged in the X direction, the aggregate allows efficient and flexible machining of workpieces. It rotates clockwise and reaches a speed of 6000 to 9000 RPM, providing ideal conditions for demanding drilling work. The drill heads are spaced 32 mm apart and accept a maximum drill length of 77 mm and a maximum drill diameter of 20 mm. The aggregate is pneumatically adjustable in the Z direction with a stroke of 300 mm, and the spindles can be controlled individually. One-time lubrication at the factory makes additional greasing unnecessary.
