Unterlagen und Einbauhinweise

Die Matte nie stark durchbiegen. Dabei werden die Kontakte dauerhaft beschädigt, und die Matte meldet anschließend ständig „belegt“ – die Maschine läuft nicht mehr an, obwohl die Matte unbeschädigt aussieht. Flach lagern, nicht am Kabel ziehen.

Der Druckausgleich läuft über das Anschlusskabel. Kabel nicht knicken oder klemmen, Kabelverschraubungen nur handfest anziehen, luftdurchlässige Anschlussgehäuse verwenden.

Important

A safety system always consists of three parts: mat, safety relay and terminating resistor. The mat alone is only the signal source and has no protective function without a matching evaluation unit. A Bircher mat requires a Bircher safety relay.

Commissioning must be carried out by qualified personnel only, in compliance with applicable safety regulations. Due to size, shipping is by freight forwarder in suitable packaging; transport costs depend on the delivery location. Ordering several mats increases the freight cost only marginally.
