Die Matte nie stark durchbiegen – dabei werden die Kontakte dauerhaft beschädigt, und sie meldet anschließend ständig „belegt“. Der Druckausgleich läuft über das Anschlusskabel: nicht knicken oder klemmen, Verschraubungen nur handfest anziehen.

Product description
The safety mat protects working and danger zones on machines: when someone steps on it, the control stops the machine or prevents it from starting. All mats are identical Bircher ESM-21 in 1200 × 1000 mm, used and tested. The photos show typical units from our stock – you receive an equivalent mat of the selected version.
Clean surface · part no. 121019-001: clean surface without tape residue. Part numbers HOMAG 121019-001 or 4-008-32-0432, WEEKE PA00524-001.
With tape residue · part no. PBMA00172-0012: the surface shows residue of adhesive tape from previous use, which makes this version the more economical choice. Also used and tested; the amount of residue may vary slightly from mat to mat.
Compatibility & applications
Corresponds to HOMAG part number 4-008-32-0432 (4008320432), replacement parts list designation KONTAKTMATTE ESM-21 1000X1200X10. Further numbers: HOMAG 121019-001, WEEKE PA00524-001. Used in the HOMAG Optimat BOF 41/30/K machining center (BOF 41). Works with HOMAG controls and comparable Bircher evaluation units.
