Product description
An original VME interface card from the HOMAG HOMATIC HC010 control system in revision 04. The module provides the fiber-optic link between the control and the connected machine modules and handles address decoding, interrupt processing and signal conditioning to the VME bus.
Communication runs via an optical ring with a Toshiba TOTX195 transmitter and TORX194 receiver, both brought out on the front panel as FO TX/RX. The central device is an STMicroelectronics TS68230CP10. Two KM681000LP-7L static RAMs are backed by a lithium battery so parameters are retained without power. Coding switch SW3 and jumpers JP5 to JP7 on the front panel set address and operating mode; the diagnostic LEDs AEN, SEL, SPS, IRQ1–IRQ3, D0 and D1 show the operating status. The PLCC EPROMs are socketed and the software level is documented.
Tested: we have tested this item and it is fully functional. Used part from a running installation, in clean condition with at most light cosmetic traces; supplied exactly as pictured. We recommend fitting a fresh backup battery before commissioning.
