Product description
An original HOMAG HOMATIC I/O card for the HC010 control system in revision 04. It connects the machine control with the sensors and actuators of the machine: it reads 16 digital inputs – such as limit switches, proximity sensors and pressure switches – and switches 16 outputs at 24 V with up to 1 A per channel, e.g. for valves, contactors and signal lamps.
All inputs are galvanically isolated from the logic by NEC PS2501-4 optocouplers, keeping field interference away from the control. On the output side, ST VN340 high-side switches detect overload and short circuit in addition to switching. Each channel has its own front LED, which makes troubleshooting at the machine much easier. Field wiring connects via pluggable spring terminals, so the card can be exchanged without disconnecting the wiring. Suppression capacitors and chokes protect against switching interference.
Three units in stock: three physically separate cards with identical function and revision. Each unit is photographed individually – select under “Version” which one you want; the image then shows exactly that card.
Tested: each unit has been tested by us and is fully functional. Used parts from a running installation, in clean condition with at most light cosmetic traces. You receive exactly the unit you select.
