Product description
An original HOMAG HOMATIC axis module for the HC010 control system. The card handles position control of two axes: it evaluates the feedback of the measuring systems, compares it with the setpoints of the higher-level control and passes the control values to the drive amplifiers.
This is the version with analog input, distinct from the widely used card 2-083-02-8071 without analog section. For analog signal processing it carries a linear optocoupler IL300-F for interference-free analog transmission plus optocouplers HP 4534 and Sharp PC846; MAX680 and ICL7662 charge pumps supply the analog section. A dual-port RAM IDT 71321 handles data exchange with the host processor; the firmware sits on a socketed EPROM marked NEC V.11.10 (3-012-05-1150, dated 08.08.97). The card is additionally linked to the control network via fiber optics (TOTX195 / TORX194).
Tested: we have tested this item and it is fully functional. Used part from a running installation, in clean condition with at most light cosmetic traces; supplied exactly as pictured.
