Product description

An original ELTEC Elektronik Mainz SECO-1/1 VME bus interface card with six integrated RS232 ports. The card was used in HOMAG CNC machining centers and control systems for serial communication between the control, machine modules, operator devices, PLC components and other peripherals.

It is built on an industrial VME bus architecture with socketed EPROMs, logic ICs, addressing and communication chips and robust D-sub ports on the front panel. Several connectors (X101 / X102), address coding switches and industrial signal and bus interfaces allow integration into complex HOMAG control systems.

The card was removed from a running HOMAG machine and is in well-kept condition with light storage and handling marks, as shown in the original photos. Ideal as a replacement part, exchange card or for retrofit and repair of older HOMAG controls.
