Product description

This electronic input board captures 32 digital 24 V PNP signals (high active, positive switching) and is used in HOMAG machine controls. The card works on the PNP principle with a common negative reference and detects active input signals via transistor-optocoupler groups.

The 32 inputs are arranged in a hexadecimal matrix (0–F), each with a visible status LED. Eight Sharp PC849 optocouplers provide galvanic isolation; yellow ceramic capacitors (one per input), MPSA56 transistors, resistor networks and Motorola MC14584BCP hex Schmitt-trigger inverters handle signal conditioning. The card is a used replacement part from running production and was found working at removal.
