Product description

Original HOMAG CPU control board BAB40 in the version without graphics and without active SCSI interface, HOMAG part number 2-083-03-0092 (search variant 2083030092).

The board was manufactured by ELTEC Elektronik Mainz and comes from a running HOMAG CNC machine. As the central processing unit it handles the machine logic, communication between the modules and processing of the control data.

The card carries a plug-in 32 MB SIMM and numerous industrial components such as an AMD Ethernet controller, a Symbios SCSI controller (present in hardware, not actively used), a Zilog communication controller and Lattice logic devices. A massive heat sink ensures stable continuous operation. Clear identification is provided by node address 00005B0069E3 and the HOMAG part number.
