Product description
This is an original Ferrocontrol supply module, type V05-10-00-09, serial number 51000000775. Designed for industrial NC and CNC control systems, it serves as the central power supply and DC link unit within complex drive and automation systems.
According to the type label the module operates with a 600 V DC link. Modules like this are used in NC-controlled machining centers, machine tools, feed drives, servo axes and industrial production lines, where they provide and stabilize the supply voltage for downstream power and control components.
The module offers an extensive set of interfaces: multi-pin connectors X10.1 and X10.2 on the front, connector block X6, serial Sub-D interface X7, connectors X8 and X9 and the F-BUS status display. An 8-way DIP switch S1 is used for configuration, and status LEDs “BTB”, “Uz” and “ok” allow quick diagnosis. The power section provides L+, L− and PE for the DC link plus L1, L2, L3, PE, R1, R2, D1 and D2 for mains, braking and power connections.
A massive heat sink with continuous ventilation slots underlines its use in high-performance NC drive systems. The module was used, among others, in machines from the Priess & Horstmann environment and is ideal as a replacement part for existing NC/CNC installations or retrofit projects. Visually in good condition with normal signs of storage and use.
