Why our roller lasts longer Hard-wearing PU, solid CNC core
Built for service life. The brown PU compound is set harder than our yellow HighGrip compound – it lasts longer and gives slightly less grip. If your workpieces feed well and service life matters most, this is the right choice.
Machined from solid. The aluminum core is fully CNC-machined from an extruded block – precise, true-running, identical hole positions, and kinder to your cutter than steel on accidental contact.
Need more grip? The same roller is available in yellow HighGrip, which achieved 26 % more grip than the brown PU tread in our own measurement. Dimensions and mount are identical.
