Product description
The DKC11.3-040-7-FW is a digital drive controller of the Bosch Rexroth Indramat EcoDrive03 series. It powers and controls a servo motor with up to 40 A rated current and runs directly on the three-phase mains. Unlike the SERCOS version DKC02.3, this unit has no fiber-optic connections; it is connected via the X1 control terminals and the X2 serial interface.
Units of this series are installed in CNC machine tools, handling systems and woodworking machinery, among others from HOMAG and WEEKE, and work with MKD and MHD servo motors.
The units come from running installations, were in operation until removal and show only mounting marks. Type label, serial number and UL listing are present and legible in the photos. Every unit was inspected and tested in-house. The pluggable terminal blocks allow replacement of a defective unit without rewiring. The photos show the current delivery state: the firmware module is removed and the slot behind the front flap is free.

Drive controller DKC11.3-040-7-FW, delivered as shown. Not included: firmware module FWA-ECODR3 (available separately), motor and mains cables, encoder cables, original packaging. Commissioning by qualified personnel, parameter setup on the machine side.
