Die Matte nie stark durchbiegen. Dabei werden die Kontakte dauerhaft beschädigt, und die Matte meldet anschließend ständig „belegt“ – die Maschine läuft nicht mehr an, obwohl die Matte unbeschädigt aussieht. Flach lagern, nicht am Kabel ziehen.
Der Druckausgleich läuft über das Anschlusskabel. Kabel nicht knicken oder klemmen, Kabelverschraubungen nur handfest anziehen, luftdurchlässige Anschlussgehäuse verwenden.

Product description
The BBC Bircher ESM-52D is an industrial safety mat for guarding hazardous areas on machines and automated systems, for example around HOMAG / IMA lines. This mat is factory new and unused from surplus stock; it has never been installed or put into operation. It is sold under used-goods terms.
Integrated tactile surface sensors trigger a switching signal as soon as the mat is stepped on, so machine movements can be stopped or slowed safely – active personal protection in sensitive production areas. The low height of approx. 11 mm minimizes the trip hazard, and the structured round-stud surface gives secure footing under industrial use.
Robust, durable and maintenance-free construction with slip-resistant surface, high mechanical load capacity and resistance to common industrial influences. Commissioning by qualified personnel only; validate the mat within your safety system before use.
