Product description
During the overhaul all wear parts are renewed – contacts, switching elements and mechanically stressed components – and defective components are replaced after a complete component check. Only the housing remains your own used unit; all function-relevant parts are new after the overhaul.
Every overhauled relay passes a complete electrical function test of all inputs and outputs including response time, and comes with a 14-month warranty from return shipment.
How it works: 1. Order this service in the shop – you receive a confirmation with our send-in address. 2. Pack your relay securely and send it to us with your order number and a short fault description – this speeds up diagnosis. 3. We overhaul it within 1–2 weeks. 4. You receive your relay back, securely packed and ready for immediate use.
Before reinstallation, please check the wiring diagram and pin assignment, especially the SR2/M wiring, operate the unit only at 24 V AC/DC ±10 % and have it installed by qualified personnel.
