Product description

The Bircher Reglomat ESR3-K067 (HOMAG no. 4-008-32-0456) is an electromechanical safety control unit for monitoring protective and safety devices on machines and plants. It works with emergency stop switches, safety mats and light curtains and reliably switches to the safe state on loss of power or interruption of a connected safety circuit.

Features: two redundant safety relays SR1 + SR2, signal contact M (terminals 21/11) for status or enable signals to the higher-level control, a feedback and monitoring circuit (terminals 22/32) for external contactors and relays, an additional signal / control contact (terminals 24/34) and five status LEDs on the side.

Status LEDs: Operation (all safety circuits closed), Safety shutdown 1 (first channel tripped), Safety shutdown 2 (redundant shutdown active), Signal device fault (check sensor or switch), System fault (internal fault detected).

The unit was removed directly from a running production system and was fully functional at the time of removal. Installation by qualified personnel only.

Compatibility & applications

Corresponds to HOMAG part number 4-008-32-0456. Used in the HOMAG Optimat BOF 41/30/K machining center (BOF 41). We often stock further items from the BOF 41 replacement parts list, including positions not listed in the shop.
