Unterlagen und Einbauhinweise

Die Matte nie stark durchbiegen. Dabei werden die Kontakte dauerhaft beschädigt, und die Matte meldet anschließend ständig „belegt“ – die Maschine läuft nicht mehr an, obwohl die Matte unbeschädigt aussieht. Flach lagern, nicht am Kabel ziehen.

Der Druckausgleich läuft über das Anschlusskabel. Kabel nicht knicken oder klemmen, Kabelverschraubungen nur handfest anziehen, luftdurchlässige Anschlussgehäuse verwenden.

Product description

Industrial safety mat by Bircher Reglomat AG for guarding hazardous areas on machines and automated systems. Stepping on the mat triggers a switching signal which, via a suitable safety relay, shuts down the machine or activates a safety function. It serves as personal protection at machine access points or maintenance areas.

The mat has a slip-resistant industrial rubber surface and integrated sensor technology with connection leads for a safety relay. It was used among others around CNC machining centers such as the WEEKE BP 155 and is the right choice to replace an existing mat of the same dimensions. Technical data from the Bircher Reglomat AG type label. Tested and functional; typical industrial condition with signs of use as shown in the photos, partly soiled on the underside.
