Product description

The Balluff BNS01WW (full type code BNS 819-B04-R08-40-11) is a mechanical multiple position switch for detecting and monitoring the positions of moving machine parts. The housing contains four independent roller-guided switching elements, offset from each other at an 8 mm pitch. As a cam or control curve passes over the rollers, up to four switching points are triggered one after another and independently – ideal for detecting several end positions or intermediate positions with a single component.

The compact, impact-resistant plastic housing (40 × 50 × 48 mm) is built for industrial environments: IP67 protection, operating temperature -5 °C to +85 °C, M16 cable entry with blue Balluff sealing cap and screw terminal connection. Mounting is via a standard DIN rail mount on the back, which makes installation and replacement easy. Each of the four positions has a snap-action contact rated 250 V AC at 5 A for approach speeds up to 60 m/min.

The switch is in its original Balluff packaging and unused – no visible signs of use, sealing cap and type label intact. It is new old stock / surplus and is sold as used without manufacturer warranty.
