Description

For sale is a high-quality LEUCO collet chuck with HSK 63 E taper and ER40 clamping system for CNC machining centers. The tool holder is precision-manufactured and designed for speeds up to 24,000 min⁻¹. The high-quality workmanship and polished surface ensure high concentricity and optimal machining quality.

The collet chuck allows for secure clamping of shank tools with cylindrical shanks in a clamping range of 3 to 26 mm. The holder is compatible with hollow taper shank systems according to DIN 69893 and is suitable for both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation.

The scope of delivery also includes a clamped milling tool with an 8 mm diameter and a useful length of 38 mm with coating. The scope of delivery is exactly as shown in the picture.

The excellent damping properties of the clamping system reduce vibrations. This leads to improved surface quality and minimizes chatter marks during machining.
