Holz, Glas und Metall brauchen unterschiedliche Sauger. Holzsauger arbeiten meist mit zwei Vakuumkreisen, Glassauger stehen auf dem Glatttisch.

Der Reibbelag ist das Verschleißteil, nicht der Saugerkörper. Ist er hart, glasig oder eingelaufen, hält das Werkstück nicht mehr – auch wenn der Sauger äußerlich in Ordnung aussieht.

Product description

This card is the interface between the machine’s position measuring systems and the NUM control. It receives the signals of up to four rotary encoders or linear scales, evaluates them and passes the position data to the processor card via the 96-pin backplane bus – it is what tells the control where each axis is.

A special feature of this version: each channel can be switched by jumper between incremental and SSI absolute encoders. The assignment is printed directly on the PCB – pins 1–2 for incremental, pins 2–3 for SSI. This makes the card suitable for machines with mixed measuring technology, as is often the case with retrofitted axes.

The card was removed from an IMA BIMA 610 V CNC machining center (IMA Klessmann, Lübbecke) with NUM 1060 control. Identical cards are found in other machines of the IMA BIMA series and in further woodworking and metalworking machines with NUM 1060/1062 rack.

Condition grade 2 – Good: used and tested, technically sound, with normal cosmetic traces only. Tested: we have tested this item and it is fully functional. Installation and commissioning by qualified personnel only.
