Holz, Glas und Metall brauchen unterschiedliche Sauger. Holzsauger arbeiten meist mit zwei Vakuumkreisen, Glassauger stehen auf dem Glatttisch.

Der Reibbelag ist das Verschleißteil, nicht der Saugerkörper. Ist er hart, glasig oder eingelaufen, hält das Werkstück nicht mehr – auch wenn der Sauger äußerlich in Ordnung aussieht.

Product description

Mechanical clamping system for CNC machining centers with a pod-and-rail table, specially developed for narrow-part and solid wood applications. Particularly suitable for IMA and HOMAG machines with a rail width of approx. 115 mm.

The clamp is securely fixed to the rail via the first vacuum circuit and can optionally be secured pneumatically as well. The second vacuum circuit automatically adjusts the clamping height and securely holds the workpiece on the machine table.

Note: Used, tested. Before shipping, the angle brackets are replaced and all hoses are checked.
