Product description

An original HOMAG CPU HC020 SPS II control board, HOMAG item number 2-083-01-5060, developed for HOMATIC PLC control systems and typically used in HOMAG woodworking machines and production lines.

The card is the CPU module of the SPS II architecture and handles central control, communication and diagnostic functions in the machine control. The board label clearly reads “CPU HC020 SPS-II 16MHZ 128K SPS Programmwalze” with main number 2-083-01-5060. It carries an NEC firmware chip marked NEC V.11.10 (internal number 3-012-05-1150, dated 08.08.97) plus numerous logic, memory and interface chips for PLC program and I/O processing.

The front panel is well equipped for diagnostics: status LEDs for AEN, SE, W1, W2, IRQ, D0, D1, OR and ERR, a serial diagnostic port, address / memory selector DIP switches, RESET and SET functions and a STORE switch for memory and program management. Several industrial connectors integrate the card into HOMATIC backplane systems and PLC extensions; trimmers allow adjustment. The PCB is additionally marked SPS-BUS-MODUL rev.04, base PCB number 2-083-01-5041.

Used original HOMAG CPU board from industrial service, in good visual condition with age-related storage and handling marks; labels, firmware versions, connectors and front panel elements as shown in the original photos. Ideal as a replacement part or reserve board for older HOMAG controls and HOMATIC PLC systems.
