The IMA adapter unit is a refurbished interchangeable unit for flush cutters that is equipped with a flat scraper blade. With the item number 10 237 069 and an HSK 63 F holder system, this unit is perfect for precise and safe machining. The direction of rotation of the unit is the same as the drive rotation and it has an opening of 57 mm. The device is specially designed for use with IMA machines and supports tools with chamfer cutters.

A flat scraper is included in the delivery. The bolt has dimensions of 16/18.1 mm. The unit reaches a maximum speed of 9000 revolutions per minute and a maximum travel of 1.5 mm. Thanks to the comprehensive overhaul, during which the unit was checked and re-bearing and the pneumatic hoses were replaced, it offers the highest level of safety and precision and is as good as new.

Used adapter units are taken from running systems and are fully functional. If there are signs of wear due to age or significant limitations in precision, this will be expressly pointed out.
