Thanks to the increased adhesion of the special PU rubber compound, this feed roller offers a decisive advantage in daily use: Even with difficult or sensitive materials – such as coated panels, resinous woods, or painted surfaces – the feed remains constant and consistent.

This is particularly crucial in milling: Workpieces that are not continuously guided cannot be precisely machined – resulting in chatter marks, milling errors, dimensional deviations, or visible unevenness on the surface.

This roller effectively counteracts these issues. The workpiece remains under consistent feed tension, allowing for clean milled edges, uniform surfaces, and reproducible quality – even with demanding materials and complex machining processes.

Description:

This high-quality feed roller with a diameter of 120 mm and a width of 60 mm was specially developed for professional use in power feeders. The soft yellow polyurethane coating provides up to 26% more grip than conventional rollers, which allows for more precise feed control, especially with coated or smooth workpieces.

The precisely manufactured core is made of cast aluminum and offers the advantage over steel cores that the tool is better protected in case of accidental contact – a clear safety and economic advantage in daily use.

Fixing is done via a centering hole 35 mm and 2 holes in the bolt circle 8.5 x 48 mm.
