This high-quality sanding insert, type AWS 1100 F, comes from the spare parts inventory of a machine park and has never been used. The component is new and unused, but is sold as used because it comes from older stock.

The sanding pad consists of a flexible support plate made of sheet steel, on which a specially coordinated felt backing with wear-resistant graphite coating is applied. This combination ensures uniform contact pressure during sanding without damaging the workpiece. The construction is designed for durability and enables excellent results when processing solid wood, panel materials, and, if required, coated veneer.

Typically used in HOMAG or BÜTFERING sanding machines of the AWS series – suitable, for example, for machines with reference number 0-001-74-7312.
