Feed roller 110 × 50 mm HighGrip – power feeder wheel with aluminum core and 35 mm bore for power feeders from Maggi, Haffner, HolzHer, SCM, Maka, Panhans, Okoma, Eumacop, Gemino and many others. This is a compatible replacement, not an original part of the feeder manufacturer – and a better one: its special soft PU compound grips noticeably harder than standard rollers, for a steady feed even on coated, resinous or painted workpieces. Why our roller works better More grip, cleaner cuts, tool-friendly core
More grip. The HighGrip PU compound is softer than conventional rollers. In our own measurement on the 120 × 60 mm size, the HighGrip compound achieved 26 % more grip than a standard brown PU tread. The grip stays almost constant until the roller is worn.
Cleaner results. A workpiece that is fed steadily can be machined precisely – fewer chatter marks, fewer dimensional deviations, cleaner milled edges.
Tool-friendly. The aluminum core protects your cutter far better than a steel core if the tool ever touches the roller.
