This is a compatible replacement, not an original part of the feeder manufacturer – and a better-built one: the core is machined from solid aluminum, not cast or welded, for precise concentricity and identical hole positions. Machined from solid. An extruded aluminum block is fully CNC-machined. That gives high dimensional accuracy, true running and identical side-hole positions – without the stresses and tolerances of cast or welded cores.
Long-life PU tread. No visible abrasion on sensitive surfaces, low wear, tear-resistant, resistant to oil, grease and hydrolysis, antistatic.
Steady feed, clean cuts. Even feed on coated panels, solid wood or resinous material means fewer chatter marks, fewer dimensional deviations and less rework. Aluminum also protects your cutter better than steel on accidental contact.
