Der Pro Series 1400W Horizontalwickler Orbitalwickler ist eine leistungsstarke vollautomatische Verpackungslösung für die horizontale Stretchfolienwicklung von langen und sperrigen Produkten. Die Maschine wurde für den industriellen Dauereinsatz entwickelt und bietet eine hohe Prozesssicherheit bei gleichbleibender Verpackungsqualität.
Der Horizontalwickler Orbitalwickler eignet sich für das Wickeln von Möbelteilen Platten Profilen Rohren Rahmen Leisten und Aluminiumprofilen. Besonders in der Möbelindustrie im Türen und Korpusbau sowie in der Profil und Plattenfertigung ermöglicht die Maschine eine effiziente und reproduzierbare Verpackung.
Der Ringdurchmesser von 1400 mm erlaubt das sichere Verpacken auch größerer Querschnitte. Die präzise gesteuerte Ringrotation sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Folienüberlappung und eine feste stabile Umwicklung auch bei empfindlichen Werkstücken.
Die robuste Maschinenkonstruktion gewährleistet eine lange Lebensdauer.
