Das Becker VACS 0030.0030 VC+ ist eine leistungsstarke Kompakt-Vakuumanlage mit drei trockenlaufenden Drehschieberpumpen vom Typ KVT 3.140/0-400 (je 4,0 kW, Gesamtleistung 12,0 kW). Alle drei Pumpen sind werkseitig in einem gemeinsamen Geräteschrank montiert, vollständig verdrahtet und innerhalb des Schrankes verschlaucht. Vor Ort müssen lediglich der Hauptstromanschluss hergestellt und die externe Saugleitung angeschlossen werden.
Das Besondere dieses 3-Pumpen-Systems ist der automatische Grundlastwechsel der VACON+ Steuerung: Das System erkennt selbstständig, welche Pumpen gerade benötigt werden, und rotiert automatisch durch, welche Pumpe die Grundlast übernimmt. So werden alle drei Aggregate gleichmässig belastet – das verhindert einseitigen Verschleiss und maximiert die Lebensdauer des gesamten Systems. Jede Pumpe verfügt über einen eigenen Frequenzumrichter für stufenlose Drehzahlregelung. Ein integrierter Drucksensor (4-20 mA, 0-1 bar abs.) überwacht das Vakuum kontinuierlich.
