Mayser-Matten gehören an ein Mayser-Auswertegerät, etwa das SG-EFS 134 ZK2/1. An einem Bircher-Gerät funktionieren sie nicht. An IMA-Maschinen ist die Mayser-Bauform der Regelfall.

Die Matte nie stark durchbiegen – dabei werden die Kontakte dauerhaft beschädigt, und sie meldet anschließend ständig „belegt“. Der Druckausgleich läuft über das Anschlusskabel: nicht knicken oder klemmen, Verschraubungen nur handfest anziehen.

High-quality Mayser safety mat type TS BK, part number 5090777. The mat safeguards hazardous areas on machines and plants wherever persons must be detected reliably and machine movements stopped or reduced in case of danger.

The integrated tactile area sensors respond to pressure and immediately trigger a switching signal, ensuring a high level of safety in production environments. The slip-resistant surface provides secure footing even under intensive use, and the low height of 11 mm minimizes tripping hazards in high-traffic areas. The robust design is made for continuous industrial operation and resists mechanical and chemical influences.

The mat was removed from a running system and technically tested – a cost-effective solution for replacement or retrofit. Light cosmetic marks, soiling or color variations, especially on the underside, are possible and do not affect function. Commissioning by qualified personnel only, in compliance with applicable safety regulations.
