Mayser-Matten gehören an ein Mayser-Auswertegerät, etwa das SG-EFS 134 ZK2/1. An einem Bircher-Gerät funktionieren sie nicht. An IMA-Maschinen ist die Mayser-Bauform der Regelfall.

Die Matte nie stark durchbiegen – dabei werden die Kontakte dauerhaft beschädigt, und sie meldet anschließend ständig „belegt“. Der Druckausgleich läuft über das Anschlusskabel: nicht knicken oder klemmen, Verschraubungen nur handfest anziehen.

Description

The MAYSER tread mat type TS/BK with item no. 5090777 is an industrial safety mat for safeguarding hazardous areas on machines and systems.

The mat is equipped with integrated tactile area sensors that trigger a switching signal when stepped on. This allows machine movements to be reduced or stopped to reliably protect people.

With a low overall height of only 11 mm, the risk of tripping is minimized. The anti-slip surface also ensures a secure footing even in heavily frequented production areas.

The mat was removed from a functioning system and has been technically tested. It is ideal for industrial applications where reliable personal protection is required in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
