Unterlagen und Einbauhinweise

Mayser-Matten gehören an ein Mayser-Auswertegerät, etwa das SG-EFS 134 ZK2/1. An einem Bircher-Gerät funktionieren sie nicht. An IMA-Maschinen ist die Mayser-Bauform der Regelfall.

Die Matte nie stark durchbiegen – dabei werden die Kontakte dauerhaft beschädigt, und sie meldet anschließend ständig „belegt“. Der Druckausgleich läuft über das Anschlusskabel: nicht knicken oder klemmen, Verschraubungen nur handfest anziehen.

Product description

The Mayser TS/BK safety mat, part number 5090776, is a robust and highly sensitive safety mat. Its tactile area sensors detect persons and objects in automated production and protect against hazardous machine movements by slowing the machine down or stopping it completely.

The mat suits high-traffic areas where safety has top priority. The low height of 11 mm minimizes tripping hazards, and the slip-resistant surface provides extra grip. The cover material is resistant to chemical substances and environmental influences and optimized for industrial use. Color variations and light soiling on the underside are possible on used mats due to age and do not affect function.

Compatibility & applications

Used for example on IMA machining centers and HOMAG machines. Mats with a white underside are usually fitted with connectors; mats with a gray underside usually come with two-core cables. This item is available with gray-white and gray underside – please state your preference when ordering; without a selection, we choose for you.
