This SCHMALZ VCBL-K2 block vacuum pod, part number 10.01.12.00445, is designed specifically for HOMAG CNC machines with dual-circuit rails. The pod holds workpieces precisely in place during machining on vacuum clamping systems. Thanks to its compact design and precisely formed sealing circuits, it provides secure and repeatable clamping.

The pod was removed from a running system and is used. It shows normal signs of use but is in technically functional condition.

Technical Description

The block vacuum pod is made of rugged plastic and fitted with precisely seated elastomer sealing lips. The underside has the standardized mounting surface for HOMAG dual-circuit rails.
