• The VCBL-K2 125x75x100 Q is a high-performance vacuum pod from the renowned IMA pod range. Inspired by the proven design of the Schmalz pod, the VCBL-K2 has been specifically optimized to deliver maximum holding force in wood applications. Thanks to its improved seals and friction pads, it offers outstanding stability and reliability, resulting in higher production accuracy and dimensional consistency.
• Measuring 125 x 75 mm with a height of 100 mm, the VCBL-K2 suits a wide variety of applications and offers maximum flexibility in production. The broad product range allows short setup times and efficient production. The suction plates can be replaced quickly, easily and cost-effectively without tools, further streamlining maintenance and operation.
• Please note that the VCBL-K2 125x75x100 Q is built similarly to the Schmalz pod but is not identical. It is supplied under the original IMA part number 10.01.01.01344 and is available as part of the IMA block pod set for IMA K-table no. 20007919-63.
• Some pods may show light soiling or chipping in the plastic, and the rubber parts may have minor damage. These do not affect the function of the pod. For an extra charge, the top rubber pads can be renewed to ensure optimal performance.
