Notieren Sie auch die Achse. Geber und Bremse unterscheiden sich je nach Einbauort; der Motor der Z-Achse hat in der Regel eine Haltebremse.

We offer professional inspection of drill blocks – especially for models such as the WEEKE BHX 500, but also for older drill block units from HOMAG, Weeke, Morbidelli, Biesse and other manufacturers.

Our standard inspection process includes

• Incoming inspection and visual check

• Professional disassembly of the drill block

• Measurement and technical inspection of all relevant components

• Fault analysis and root cause identification

• An individual repair quote

The cost of this inspection is fully credited toward the repair price if you have the repair done by us.

If you decide against the repair, we return the drill block disassembled, freight paid within Germany.

Important

Please send the drill block to us carefully packed and well protected. We accept no liability for shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging.

If repaired, we also carry out

• Replacement of faulty components

• Leak test

• Inspection and adjustment of the spindles

• Setting and calibration of the sensors

• Final inspection

• Documentation and test report

This is an in-house service at our shop in Germany. Please send your drill block via FedEx or UPS, well packed; we will confirm the shipping address and paperwork before you ship. Free return shipping applies within Germany only – return shipping to the US is quoted separately, and US import duties are not included.
