Top pressure roller PU-INTEC D68/20 – premium replacement for HOMAG / BRANDT 2-212-80-1410 for HOMAG and BRANDT edgebanders. This is not an original HOMAG part – it is a new premium roller with a durable polyurethane tread on a stable plastic core, heat-resistant up to 330 °C (626 °F) for the thermally loaded zones of the edgebander. In our experience it outlasts the standard series roller. New part – not used or reconditioned.

Why our roller lasts longer Premium PU, high heat resistance
Made for the hot zone. The pressure rollers sit right behind the glue unit. Our polyurethane tread is heat-resistant up to 330 °C and keeps its shape and grip – in our experience it lasts longer than the standard series roller.
Even pressure, clean edge. The PU tread presses the edge banding evenly onto the panel for a tight glue line, without marking sensitive surfaces.
