Description

The IMA drilling aggregate is a precise, powerful drilling system designed specifically for the demands of woodworking. It has 7 spindles arranged in the X direction, allowing flexible and efficient machining of workpieces. The aggregate rotates clockwise and reaches speeds between 6000 and 9000 rpm, ideal for demanding drilling applications. Spindle spacing is 32 mm, maximum drill length is 77 mm and maximum drill diameter is 20 mm. The spindles can be selected individually, and the aggregate is pneumatically adjustable in the Z direction with a 300 mm stroke. One-time lubrication in the shop makes additional lubrication unnecessary. The integrated Numatics valve block provides optimized air control.
