Product Description

The HOMAG gluing unit 2-056-12-9134 is a changeable gluing component for precise industrial edgebanding with 360° joint and butt joint gluing. It operates with direct glue application and manual single strip feeding – without a melting unit. The hot melt adhesive granulate is fed manually, making the unit particularly flexible and low-maintenance.

The unit is suitable for straight edges made of plastic (0.4–3 mm, PVC at least 1 mm) and veneers (0.4–2 mm) with a maximum height of 45 mm. Thanks to the freely programmable pneumatic post-pressing roller and C-axis entry angle control, the device can be precisely adjusted to different materials and contours.
