Purpose: Precise positioning of the workpieces as they are fed into the machine.

Description: Manually adjustable horizontally, unheated, with guide carriage and adjusting spindle. Mechanical digital readout for exact positioning.

Infeed table 63.152

Purpose: Feeding wide or short workpieces at an exact right angle.

Description: Pneumatically retractable fence with safety shut-off. Sturdy aluminum table top, position sensing via limit switch.

Technical data: Workpiece min. approx. 150 × 350 mm, max. approx. 600 × 1500 mm.

Milling aggregate 08.378

Purpose: Machining the panel edges with milling tools in climb and conventional cutting.

Description: Precision prismatic guides, adjustment via spindles and digital readouts, dust hoods for each tool. Three-phase flat motor with reinforced bearings and DC brake.

Glue application unit 04.0832

Purpose: Applying hot-melt glue to the workpiece edges for bonding with the edge material.

Description: Melting pot with large heating surface for fast heat-up. Electronic temperature control, thermostatically switched drive motor, automatic start and stop function.

PU pre-melter 283.203

Purpose: Pre-melting polyurethane hot-melt glue and automatically filling the glue pot.

Description: Compact pre-melting unit with Teflon coating. Fill level monitoring via level sensor with indicator light. Gentle temperature control for glue blocks.

End trimming aggregate 08.42

Purpose: Trimming the front and rear edge overhang, flush or chamfered.

Description: Two units on prismatic guides, automatic adjustment to workpiece thickness, pneumatic feed. Square cuts or chamfered cuts up to 25° as required.

Purpose: Radius and fine trimming of the top and bottom edges as well as copy machining (corner rounding) at the leading and trailing edges.

Purpose: Scraping profiles and radii without changing tools.

Description: Compact design, electro-pneumatic adjustment, profile scraper blade inclined at 30°. Self-tracing on top and bottom edges, with separate dust collection.

Purpose: Removing hot-melt glue residue at the top and bottom edges.

Description: Top and bottom units on a common column, height tracing, air nozzles, electro-pneumatic disengagement.

Copy corner buffing unit 08.604

Purpose: Finishing the edges at the leading and trailing ends as well as at the top and bottom corners.

Description: Motor on a swivel arm for combined lifting and swiveling motion, automatic adjustment via top pressure, pneumatic lifting motion. Buffing motors controllable and adjustable.

Buffing aggregate 08.617-4

Purpose: Cleaning and polishing the top and bottom workpiece edges.

Description: Four buffing wheels (2 top, 2 bottom), adjustable horizontally and vertically, mounted at 15°. Automatic adjustment to workpiece thickness. Optional holder for release and cleaning agents.
