The Siemens SIMODRIVE UEB module INT/EXT, order number 6SN1112-1AC01-0AA0, is an industrial monitoring and control module from the proven SIMODRIVE 611 series. It is used in CNC machines, servo axes and industrial machining centers, including IMA 610 V machines.

The module handles central monitoring and diagnostic functions in the SIMODRIVE system. It processes signals from axes, power modules and control units and enables reliable communication between the drive system components. According to the source, it is designed for use with Siemens 1FK7 synchronous servo motors and common SIMODRIVE 611-A and 611-D control boards. It continuously monitors the DC link for overvoltage, checks the precharge state and makes sure all external enables are present before the drive modules start.

The three-LED status field shows the operating state in real time: green = ready, yellow = DC link precharged / external enables missing, red = electronics fault or DC link overvoltage – for fast diagnosis on site without a laptop or diagnostic tool.

Several pluggable screw terminal strips and signal, communication and control connectors allow flexible integration into existing CNC and automation systems. The rugged industrial design with solid metal construction and integrated cooling structure ensures high reliability in continuous service. An excellent exchange unit for machine breakdowns or a reserve module for service and maintenance. Used, tested and working.
