Product description

The Siemens SIMODRIVE control module version B, part number 6SN1118-0AA11-0AA1, is an industrial control and closed-loop board from the proven SIMODRIVE series. It was developed for high-precision CNC and servo axes and was used in various IMA CNC machining centers and automation systems.

Within the drive system it handles key control and monitoring functions for axis motion and servo drives – in CNC woodworking machines, industrial production lines and positioning systems. Especially on older IMA machines with SIMODRIVE technology, these modules remain in demand as spares and exchange units for repair, overhaul or modernization.

The front carries pluggable screw terminal strips, signal connections and the Sub-D interface X311, plus slots X321, X322 and X331 for system communication. Front potentiometers for Drift, KP, TN and AD allow precise fine-tuning of the control parameters. Inside, the board shows the typical Siemens industrial build: multilayer PCB, analog components, Siemens ICs, connectors and a solid carrier, with Siemens TESTED markings.

Used, tested and working, with light signs of storage and use. Condition, PCBs, connectors and terminals are shown in detail in the photos.
