Product description

The Schleicher HBG 2P 0301 is an industrial handheld operating unit for operating and controlling injection molding machines and automation systems with Schleicher control systems. As part of the HBG operator panel series, it serves as the mobile operating and display element between machine control and operator.

The unit features an integrated display and a rugged membrane keypad with short-stroke keys. The display shows machine states, process parameters and menu structures; the keypad allows safe command entry, menu navigation and parameter changes directly at the machine.

Main functions: real-time display of machine states, operating modes and process values; menu-guided parameter entry and control of machine functions; dialog operation between operator and control via display and function keys; visualization and terminal functions; use as a mobile operating unit during setup, adjustment and service work. Communication with the machine control runs via a serial interface, as is usual with Schleicher controls.

The unit comes from a manufacturer refurbishment and is technically new. Because it has been in storage, it is sold as used; slight cosmetic storage marks may be present without any effect on function.
