Product description
The PC board is the operator and visualization level of a NUM 1060 control. It runs the operating system and user interface, manages the NC programs on the built-in storage and communicates via the backplane with the processor board, which handles path control and PLC. The front ports connect the operator panel (OPERATOR PANEL), floppy drive (FLOPPY), printer (LPT 1) and serial data transfer (COM 1 / COM 2).
The assembly is a 6U NUM carrier board with a mounted PC module, reference 0204203852C, date code week 40/1996. The socketed BIOS EPROM is marked “BIOS NUM 24MB / F/V2 GD5428 / IMA” – a software level adapted for IMA machines with fixed memory configuration and graphics setup. The rear sticker identifies the board explicitly as “IMA NUM PC-Karte”.
CompactFlash instead of hard disk: in place of the original 2.5-inch hard disk, a DeLock 2.5-inch adapter with a Transcend CompactFlash 133, 1 GB, is fitted. The adapter connects the CF card to the IDE/PATA interface, so the control sees a normal drive. No spinning platters, no bearings, no head mechanics. A CF card can be cloned in minutes, so you can keep a backup image of your machine software. The conversion was made during the machine's service life and is neatly installed within the 6U format. Software, operating system and machine data are not part of the sale.
Tested by us and fully functional. Carrier board and PC module clean, labels legible, front panel straight; memory modules firmly seated, CF adapter properly fixed, ribbon cable intact. No re-soldered parts, no repairs.

Compatibility & applications
This control generation was used by IMA Klessmann (Lübbecke) in both the BIMA 610 and BIMA 810 series; the control is essentially identical in both, mainly the machine software differs. The board was built over several years in different index levels: mechanics, front layout and backplane bus are the same within the series, while BIOS level and component details may vary. Early boards use GD5428, later ones GD5429. The “Fert.Nr.” sticker is a traceability number per board, not a type designation.
Scope of delivery
