Product description
Original HOMAG CPU control board, item number 2-083-03-0092 (also listed as 2083030092). The assembly is based on the ELTEC BAB40/4 platform and is a central part of the machine control. The board is labeled "CPU BAB40 o. Grafik o. SCSI" – the reduced version without graphics and SCSI.
It is equipped with industrial-grade components, including an LSI logic chip, several Zilog processors and a Cypress controller chip – an architecture typical of robust CNC controls. A slot for expansion modules / interface card is provided.
The integrated memory module, item number 4-086-06-0463 (also 4086060463), is a 32 MB Siemens SIMM installed directly on the board and handles program execution and data storage.
Used, tested and removed from a running system; normal signs of use.
Compatibility & applications
Used in HOMAG machining centers of the BAZ and BOF series and compatible with various CNC control systems of this machine family.
